It doesn't really matter whether you're working with the biggest agency on the planet or the smallest shop in the universe. It all comes down to the people you're working with in the end. Really, it does. No matter how much you're promised by a big agency, there's no chance that Leo Burnett, David Ogilvy or Maurice Saatchi will be personally assigned to your business. Are they any good? Can they get the results I want? Will they be fun to work with? And above all, will they be good value for money?
